What is the minimum hire period ?
The minimum hire period is a week, but many customers choose to extend the hire for longer periods ( see price lists)
Do you provide discounts for longer periods of hire ?
We certainly do, we can provide significant discounts for extended hire periods.
How many people can we the hot tub accommodate?
Depending on which portable unit you hire, they are designed to take from to four to six persons.
Where can I have the hot tub installed ?
Hot tubs are designed for outdoor use, although they can be used indoors. We highly recommend that you locate it outdoors, a typical location is on a garden patio, but anywhere flat and free of sharp objects and stones is fine. If you want the hot tub indoors then the floor must be structurally sound due to the overall weight and the room well ventilated due to the condensation.
How much space will I need ?
A portable hire hot tub will need a space at least 2 metres by 2 metres.
What are the dimensions of the hot tub and what sort of access will I need?
A portable hire hot tub will require adequate access to allow safe installation. Some doorways and gates are generally wide enough, but please check with measurements below. Please note we will be able to take the hired tubs over any walls above 3’.

How much does the hot tub weigh?
When filled full with water, it can weigh up to 1200 Kgs, in addition the average person is about 70Kgs each, so this means the location of the spa must be able to withstand 250kgs per square metre.
How does the hot tub maintain its temperature?
The temperature of the water is electronically controlled, coupled with a very efficient heat exchanger and the thermal cover supplied.
What water temperature will the hot tub get up to?
The water temperature can be selected by the user, the most popular temperatures are between about 34 to 38 degrees, with a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.
What about the electrical safety?
For your comfort and safety the hot tub is supplied with a RCD residual safety device.
Do we need any special plumbing or electrical requirements ?
No, all that is required is a water tap, this can be either hot or cold. Ideally the electric supply should be no more than 25 metres away from the tubs location.
How do we check the water quality ?
For your convenience we provide the chemicals and a full set of written instructions, so maintaining the quality of the water is simple.
Do you deliver into my area ?
Our delivery area covers South & West Wales. Please note: we do not cover areas within England and Scotland, Wales only!. We will include delivery free zone within 30 miles Radius of Cardiff. Outside these areas within South / West Wales will incur an extra charge @ £2 per mile fee. Example Cardiff to Swansea 45 miles ( 30 miles free ) 15 miles over Radius @ £2 = £30.
